We use Nochex for payment processing and they accept all major credit and debit cards. Once you have placed your order you will be sent an email confirmation and order number. If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation you can email us using the contact us button. If you have made any errors after you have checked out, contact us immediately via email and we can change your details. If you would like to add goods to your order after you have paid, please ensure you contact us within an hour of placing your order.
UK Orders
Once your order has been despatched you will be notified via email. Most small orders will be sent via First Class Royal Mail with other options available at checkout. Any orders over 2kg will be sent via courier and will need a signature on delivery.
International Orders
We are based in the UK, but international orders are welcome. For security reasons, we will send all international orders by recorded delivery.
