| We aim to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving the order and anticipate items arriving at your door within 3-7 working days of placing your order.
We use Royal Mail for small packages up to 2kg and an independent carrier for large orders. Like all internet retailers we rely on couriers to deliver when they promise, but these are only the guidelines that they offer. Courier companies will deliver Monday to Friday, normally during working hours and require a signature. We are happy to send your goods to any address that you choose, (e.g. place of work), as long as there is someone there to sign for the goods. When checking out you have the option of changing your delivery address.
International Orders We are pleased to offer delivery to most countries. Please select the "International Delivery" postage option on the delivery page. For security, all items will be sent by International Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for upon arrival. If you live outside of Europe, you will be responsible for any tax payments required when the goods arrive to you. All goods are declared along with the cost for customs purposes.

| After receiving an order the customer has seven days to return any unwanted or damaged products. If your goods arrived damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order as we then need to make a claim from either the Courier or Royal Mail. If you fail to report damage goods within 24 hours then we cannot make a claim and therefore cannot reimburse or replace your damaged goods. All goods returned as faulty must be returned to us within 3 months of purchase.
If returning goods, the customer must email us first to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA No), and explain the reason for the return. If goods are faulty or damaged, a written explanation and description of the fault/damage should be included in this email and should also accompany the returned item. Any goods (including faulty/damaged items) dispatched to us without prior notification and a RA No, will be returned to the customer at their cost. All unwanted goods must be returned in its original new condition, unused, complete and with all original packaging.
All goods being returned remain the risk of the customer until received by the company and should be adequately packaged and shipped. On receiving the returned goods and providing they are in perfect condition, the company will arrange a refund via the original method of payment within 7 working days. The refund will only be the cost of the item/s purchased and not any delivery charges. Where an item or items are returned as unwanted, not required or wrongly ordered by the purchaser, and said item or items constitute part or all of an original order which exceeded any free delivery threshold applicable at the time of purchase, the companies normal delivery charges will be applied.
Faulty goods will be refunded within 7 working days of receipt via the original method of payment. All faulty good will be inspected thoroughly and refunds will be given at the discretion of the company. The customer will be expected to pay the postage cost of all returned goods, and in the event of damaged or faulty items any refund of this amount will be at the sole discretion of the company. The original delivery charge will only be refunded if only one item was purchased. |
